Cobra Strike
On February 13, 2007, at OBS, we purchased this handsome gray/roan two-year old son of Ecton Park out of the dam Queen Cobra (HIP # 148) for $100,000. He is now aptly named Cobra Strike. He made quite an impressive debut on August 25, 2007 at Monmouth Park winning in hand by nearly 4 lengths.
His next engagement was in the NATC Futurity for a purse of $200,000 in which he finished a hard luck 2nd. Overall he started 5 times in 2007, including three stakes, $200,000 NATC Futurity, The $250,000 Breeders' Cup Favorite Trick Stakes and the $75,000 Capote Stakes compiling a record of 5 - 2 - 1 - 0 with earnings of nearly $100,000. He is stakes placed and is now turned out until 2008 when big things are expected of him. This partnership was sold-out within days of its offering.

Honest Appeal
Honest Appeal (4G), our $90,000 purchase, almost shattered the Philadelphia Park track record, winning in hand by 6 1/2 lengths in a snappy 103.3 back on January 21, 2006. It was his very first start and he earned a Beyer of 85 in his debut. Then, on July 15, 2006, he romped to a 5 length score at Monmouth Park earning a new lifetime Beyer Number of 88.
And, on Aug. 9th, he stepped up in class against older horses missing by a head while finishing a hard luck second but earned a new lifetime top Beyer of 96. He has returned to the races with a vengeance winning his 2007 debut in allowance company and currently sports a lifetime record of 14 - 3 - 2 - 3. This partnership is sold-out.

Ambling Rose
Ambling Rose (3F), our 2006 $42,000 purchase, finished 3rd in her MSW debut at the Meadowlands and followed that up with an electrifying win in her very next start. After a freshening she returned to the races in 2008 finishing a troubled 3rd in her first start at the "Big A" Aqueduct in New York after being steadied and checked. She is as game as they come.

Her record is 9 - 2 - 3 - 2. This partnership is sold-out.
