Open enrollment for 2011 is taking place right now.
How much time do you have to enroll? That's a very tough question to answer. Our two-year-olds sell out rather quickly.
Usually we sell out in a matter of weeks; sometimes less.
Come summer we usually have a waiting list of investors; many of whom, unfortunately, waited just a bit too long and are shut out.
To enroll all you need do is print the contract, notarize, and mail it in with your check. It's that easy.

Interests are always sold on a first come - first served basis.
Once the thirty shares are sold, the syndicate is officially sold out and closed.
