Miakoda
Miakoda, a beautiful, two-year old, unraced filly sired by perennial stakes champion and top sire Indian Charlie was purchased at the OBS March 2008 auction. We were felt very fortunate to submit the winning bid of $175,000. Her name Miakoda in Native American language means the Power Of The Moon. We hope she has a gravitational affect on her competition. She is expected to make her debut this summer or early fall.
Miakoda is currently in training and is expected to arrive at Monmouth Park by the middle of May. Big things are expected of this beautiful filly. We had her professionally measured and learned she received the highest rating of A+ which places her in the potential ELITE classification matching that of a stake horse.
